4. Description, Availability and Pricing
We do from time to time contact our customers with information on special offers, new products and forthcoming events from Yofie.com and its associated companies. Should you not wish to receive such information by e-communications please inform us via email to Admin@Yofie.com. By giving us your name and personal details you consent for these to be used as necessary in processing your order or offer on domain names and/or our services. Sensitive personal information that you give us will only be used when it is necessary for us to communicate your needs to the owner of domains where we act as a broker. We never sell or pass on your details to 3rd party companies.
When making an order you must be aged over 18 years and have the authority to accept and do accept on behalf of your party the terms of these order conditions. The contract is made on the terms of the information on this website. Our confirmation invoice is our acceptance of your order (as detailed therein), and the contract is made on its issue. We ask you to check the details and any anomaly should be reported to us immediately otherwise the details shown on the confirmation will be presumed to be correct.
Payment is by paypal, bank transfer, credit card, debit card or switch card only. Any charges for 3rd party services such as (but not limited to) escrow, Nominet UK fees or transfer fees shall be incurred by the buyer unless agreed otherwise prior to the issue of a confirmation invoice.
4. DESCRIPTION, AVAILABILITY AND PRICING
Whilst we make every effort to ensure the information in our large database of domains is correct, occasionally data may be input incorrectly. In the event of describing a domain name incorrectly or offering a domain name which should not be available for sell through Yofie.com, we shall notify you as soon as we are aware and in the case that payment has been made we shall offer a full refund in accordance with section 5 below.
If we have mistakenly under priced a domain name, we shall not be liable to offer the domain(s) to you at the stated price providing we provide notice to you before the domain is transferred to your domain name registrar.
All prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Pricing does not include transfer charges, escrow fees or and fees charged by domain registries.
Some domain names are only available to buyers who meet certain criteria (e.g. domains with the .eu extension can only be registered to persons resident in the EU or to organizations registered/established in an EU member state).
Full refunds will be offered where an incorrect domain has been supplied and the domain is still in our possession or has been transferred back to us.
